Blue Cheese Steak Frites Bites

Ingredients

16 Ounces of Waffle Fries (One Package)

1/4 Cup Blue Cheese

1/2 Cup Sour Cream

1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard

1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tsp. Herbs de Provence

1 Tbsp. Steak Seasoning

12-Ounce of Preferred Cut of Steak

Black Pepper to taste

Method

1. Cook waffle fries according to package directions and keep warm. 

2. Meanwhile, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Herbs de Provence and black pepper, then refrigerate.

3. Season steak and cook on a skillet or grill to preferred temperature. Remove steak from heat, cover with foil and allow to rest 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain. 

4. To assemble, arrange cooked waffle fries on a platter. Top each fry with a dollop of blue cheese sauce and 1 to 2 pieces of steak. Garnish with blue cheese and black pepper as desired.
